About the same, you think?

Plan to beaching in Zandfort was cancelled, since we heard there would be a formula 3 races in that neighbourhood. Direction changed to Amsterdam, But wait, I was together with Piak my Thai friend, Jo, Luc and Bon, for the canal parade. As long as there is photo object, its just fine for me anyway.

The parade was about 75 boats for 2 hours flowing along Prinsengracht canal. Rainbow colours spreading everywhere. Bunch of masculine feminine men, also women happily waving and performing and colourful or even minimalist costume. The one catch most of my camera attention was the big boat with giant-red-wire-pride-blouse wore by a real live black lady singer. Fabulous sight and voice! I even run around to get the best spot to snap a picture. Just because, as you know, I use my pocket camera, and all canal side was aboslutely crowded. Really a struggle hehehe.


Everybody raise your hand! Yeahhh...

And the rest of the day we enjoy poffertjes complete with strawberry and cream, the up beat shaking body music, and drink here and there enjoying the hot summer evening. Footloose! So this sunday afternoon i prefer to get relax at home, enjoying pictures while laid back under the sun.
