Begonia (atau begonya?)
Raining didnt hold me to visit (again) Brussels. This weekend is flower carpet as main attraction in Grotemarkt. For three days the city made a flower carpet, as it is bi-yearly. Even rain, its so crowded. Tapi hari ini gak ketemu orang Indo. Banyakan sih orang Jepang. Tourist place, ok.
I visit also Royal Palace which open for public during summer. Unfortunately, we may not take any pictures of the interior. Gatau dah elu pada suka liat museum gak. Yang jelas, its a rich interior, wide and high room. Gold colours dominating almost every room, with marble stones accent and oak wood carving and crystal lamps. Shiny and well maintained wooden floor! Wahh langsung kebayang ballet-ballet show macem Swan Lake, painting 17 centuries, classical music. Pokoknya, Baroque deh.

Another visit to 2 museums, lupa namanya! Later will tell you the name. Still in the Palace area. First is the old royal palace which was demolished. So its an underground palace ruins. Not that big, but its bring imagination of those old days. stairs, old wet walls in some, pillars. Some archelogical stuffs they put on display, rusty shields and iron helmet to mention. The second museum is anything about royal families. Yah bezoek keluarga raja kali ya. Accidentally a wooden Balinese Garuda stealing my attention, from Soeharto was presented on Oct 1974.
More than that, drinking at bars around, and shopping. Ohh amazed, now i enjoy to shops. Thanks ya Rein, you wake my inner needs of shopping! Dont like it before. Snacks of the day: plain waffle, maiz pita, escargot. Gatau, bawaan bayi kali ya, hari ini bawaannya ngemil. Mana di tas nenteng chips juga!
